Having completed the course now, I can confidently say I am well equipped to support my female clients in navigating hormonal change in a holistic functional approach that makes sense to me and to them. If you are including women's hormones in your practice, you can't do it without this detailed course. I highly recommend it!

What Our Graduates Are Saying

i couldn't find a program more detailed!

Before I started the IAFHH program, I was lost! I have a background as a registered nurse in women's health for over 7 years and was trained as an FEMM educator, but I had no solid foundation in thoroughly understanding women's hormonal health. Being a part of this program helped to fill in the holes and set the solid foundation that I needed to start my business. If you join this program, you will not regret it! Every penny you invest in it is so worth it, and if you're looking for a good foundation in understanding and supporting women's hormonal health, this is the place!

What Our Graduates Are Saying

Every penny you invest in it is so worth it!

Before I started the program, I was a childbirth educator, and in school to become a board-certified traditional Naturopath. However, I knew I wanted to dive deeper into the complex world of hormone health, and a simple Google search leading me to IAFHH truly changed my life. The material was so engaging, professional, and well-done, and at the end of it all, I've never felt more confident or prepared to dive head-first into my career as a Functional Hormone Specialist and try to help guide as many women toward optimal wellness as possible. I am forever indebted to Ashe and the IAFHH for this educational experience. It didn't only provide a launching pad for my career (I already have two clients lined up!), but it truly changed my life.

What Our Graduates Are Saying

this program changed my life!

I came into this program with basic knowledge of functional women's health, but I didn't even know how little I knew about my own body until the class started. Ashe is incredibly kind, brilliant, and warm; and this makes for a space that is inviting, open, and where we can grow in whatever direction we most need to be the best practitioners we can be. I can't imagine my life or my practice without the knowledge and experience I gained in this program  from the bottom of my heart, thank you, Ashe, and I can't recommend this program enough.

What Our Graduates Are Saying

I can't recommend this program enough!

After completing the program, I now have a deep understanding of how to support and investigate hormone health. As an Ayurvedic practitioner in Pakistan, this newfound knowledge has given me the confidence to address the numerous cases of PCOS, menopause, and thyroid dysfunction that I encounter daily. I highly recommend this program; it leaves you feeling incredibly confident in handling clients and equipped to investigate complex cases.

What Our Graduates Are Saying

this program leaves you feeling incredibly confident!

Learning more about hormones has been on my bucket list and had been a past struggle for me. This course has given me a deep dive into the “why” things happen the way they do. This program has been so eye opening to me and the material was covered so well. It truly had every every topic that I had been wanting to learn. This program truly hit the mark right on the head. The way Ashe breaks the material down is extremely helpful along with the group mentorship calls, and references. Every time anyone had any questions she was right there along the way which was super impactful. I can now confidently perform in a way I couldn't in the past and that for me is one of the biggest reasons why I can't recommend this program enough.

What Our Graduates Are Saying

This program truly hit the mark right on the head!

Having successfully helped hundreds of women return to vibrant health using a functional, holistic approach, I can tell you that Ashe's program stands on solid academic and practical foundations. The course is well-structured, easy to comprehend, and the material comes with a lot of research references. In my opinion, this last feature is one that can keep on giving, if you are the kind of student who knows how to go back to the research references and glean practical gems from them! I would suggest this course to anyone in functional medicine who is truly interested in optimising their clients hormonal health.

Before I started the program, I felt imposter syndrome creep up often. I would always second guess myself and my ability to help support the women in my practice. This program has helped me build my self confidence as a practitioner beyond what I thought I was expecting. When it comes to seeing the full picture of someone's health concerns and being able to give them an in-depth plan to support the root cause of their imbalances has been immeasurable. I loved the extra support from Ashe and the IAFHH team to help if any questions came up. This program really was phenomenal and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to enhance their clinical skills when it comes to female hormonal health.

Who this program is for:

Practitioners eager to explore cutting-edge research and gain a comprehensive understanding of female physiology & pathology from a functional perspective

Those committed to challenging conventional approaches by refining their critical thinking and delivering impactful, evidence-based solutions for their clients.

Who this program is not for:

Those who have a very limited understanding about human physiological function and biochemistry (although beginners are welcome if you're ready for some high-level info!)

Those who don’t enjoy learning the in-depth nature of clinical research or who are not ready to fully comprehend the physiological aspects of female hormone health. Hint: this program goes DEEP!!

Practitioners who are looking for diagnostic tools or cookie-cutter protocols to use in their practice

This program has significantly transformed me as both a practitioner and a woman. The course deepened my understanding of women's hormone health, and I gained valuable tools to help women achieve hormonal balance and manage issues like PCOS, fertility, and menopause. This experience has enhanced my holistic approach to women's health and empowered me personally. It empowered me to offer targeted guidance and effective solutions. Completing the program has given me the confidence I needed in my skills and knowledge to launch my own fertility coaching program. While in the program, I so appreciated all the support from Ashe and her team, and I'm excited to be a part of this community going forward. Now I can't wait to get started with my business and apply what I've learned!

What Our Graduates Are Saying

Gave me the confidence i needed to launch my coaching program!

This program was exactly what I had been looking for to expand my knowledge in my practice, it really checked all the boxes that I had for my goals. Needless to say, I signed up immediately. I really loved this program, it is so detailed and I could tell how much research had been poured into it. The group mentorship calls within PPH were super beneficial to me and they really expanded my knowledge on topics that I didn't think I'd learn from this course which was very eye opening. I feel so much more confidence in my practice and knowing that I can really help other women. You won't regret this program, take the leap, it's worth every cent.

What Our Graduates Are Saying

i feel so much more confidence in my practice!

Before enrolling in the program, I was at a dead end with my business. I would try again and again to commit myself to studying hormone health at home on my couch, only to get distracted or uninspired. I knew that this training was the only way I would rekindle my passion for women's health and uplevel my practice to where I know it could be. Since graduating, I have been invited to speak and teach at multiple events, and I am already gathering so much more interest from potential clients than I have in years, all because I know that I now have the skillset necessary to help a broad spectrum of women, and not just those with textbook cycles.

Before becoming an IC-FHS, I knew the bare bones of women's health. After going through the program, I feel more equipped to take better care of my female clients. IAFHH marries science with practicality beautifully. I was blown away by what I learned and was able to walk away for my practice + personal life. The IAFHH community is incredible and I am so glad to be a part of it. It epitomizes women supporting women. I highly recommend this program. You won't be disappointed by Ashe and IAFHH. What Our Graduates Are Saying

The most inviting and welcoming space for learning and connections.

Working with Ashe and IAFHH was one of my best decisions. I had been searching for a program that provided a deeper dive into women's hormones and period health and this program came at exactly the right time. The material was thorough, yet easy to get through. The live calls were extremely beneficial. And the program, itself, felt manageable and not overwhelming. My favorite part, however, has been the friendships formed and the support of like-minded colleagues.

Frequently Asked Questions

When do I receive access to course materials?

Once you make your initial payment, you’ll get immediate access to all course materials, enrollment bonuses, and The Proficient Practitioner Hub via email.

What is the time commitment for the program?

Each module includes 3-5 lessons, with each lesson lasting 30-70 minutes. Most students spend approximately 5-7 hours per week on the program and are able to complete the program comfortably within 4-6 months, depending on their learning pace and prior experience. This includes watching lectures, completing exercises, and reviewing supplementary materials. Access is granted for up to 12-months, providing you plenty of time to complete the course materials at a comfortable pace.

Do I have to be a licensed health professional to enroll?

Not at all. While many of our students come from professional backgrounds in medicine, nutrition, chiropractic care, herbalism, fertility awareness, birth work, or health coaching, others are simply passionate, aspiring learners looking to deepen their knowledge.

The program is designed to meet both beginner and advanced learners where they are. That said, because the content is comprehensive and in-depth, having a foundational understanding of nutrition, anatomy & physiology, or women's health can be helpful.

But don’t worry if you’re not there yet—we’ve intentionally broken down the material in a way that’s clear and accessible, and we also offer support and mentorship options to help guide you through it.

If you're confident in your ability to study and absorb complex material, and you're committed to learning the science of hormone health, you're likely a great fit.

Still unsure? Reach out to us anytime at support@IAFHH.com—we're happy to help you decide if this program is right for you.

Will I earn a certification after completing the program?

Yes! Upon completing the program, you’ll receive an official Certificate of Completion that includes your name and the total number of continuing education hours earned. You’ll also receive a graduate badge to proudly display on your website, social media, or marketing materials as proof of your participation and good standing.

In addition, you’ll be granted the exclusive right to use the professional designation: IAFHH Certified Functional Hormone Specialist (IC-FHS)
This title can be used alongside your current credentials and within your individual scope of practice.

For NTPs and FNTPs, the program is pre-approved for 24 CEUs through the Nutritional Therapy Association.

If you have additional questions about certification or CEUs, feel free to contact us at support@IAFHH.com.

Will I feel confident in creating client protocols by the end of this program?

Absolutely—confidence is one of the key outcomes we focus on.

This program is designed to give you more than just information—it equips you with the clinical insight, tools, and frameworks you need to confidently apply what you’ve learned and create personalized, effective protocols for your clients.

Instead of offering “cookie-cutter” solutions, we teach you how to think critically and holistically. You’ll learn how to identify the root causes of hormonal and reproductive health concerns by connecting the dots between symptoms, lab results, and the core foundations of health—like nutrition, digestion, blood sugar balance, detoxification, and more.

By the end of the program, you’ll have a solid understanding of how to assess your client's hormonal health from a functional perspective and design individualized protocols that create real, lasting change.

This is about building your confidence and your clinical skillset—so you can show up fully for your clients and feel equipped to support them at a higher level.

What support options are there while enrolled in the program?

When you enroll, you’ll gain access to a comprehensive support system designed to help you succeed—both during your studies and as you step into practice.

Your enrollment includes a complimentary 12-month membership to The Proficient Practitioner Hub—our exclusive mentorship and community platform for IAFHH students.

Inside the Hub, you’ll find:

  • Monthly group mentorship calls with the IAFHH team
  • Quarterly workshops focused on business growth and mindset
  • An advanced career development curriculum
  • Access to mentorship and peer support forums
  • Guest expert presentations for continued learning
  • A thriving community of like-minded practitioners and students

You’ll also have the option to book 1:1 private mentorship sessions with Ashe or Sarah for personalized guidance—whether you need support navigating a complex client case or want help building your business. These sessions are available for individual purchase and designed to tailor your learning experience even further.

In addition to the Hub, you’ll get access to:

  • A Curriculum Q&A Forum to ask questions as you move through the material
  • The IAFHH Community Facebook Group, a peer-led space for connection, discussion, and support from others on the same journey

We’re here to support you every step of the way—so you can build confidence, deepen your expertise, and grow a practice you’re proud of.

What is your refund policy?

To qualify, you must request a refund within 48 hours of purchase and have accessed only Module 1. If you’ve gone beyond Module 1, including quizzes or additional materials, your purchase will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be issued minus any processing fees, and all requests must be submitted to support@iafhh.com within the 48-hour window. Our team will review each request in alignment with our policy. For full details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

However, if the 12-month period elapses and you have not yet completed the course, your access to the program materials will be revoked. In such cases, to regain access and continue your progress in the course, you will need to pay a $497 reinstatement fee.

We strongly encourage all students to diligently work towards completing the program within the 12-month timeframe to avoid any interruptions in accessing the course materials. Our aim is to support your learning journey and provide ongoing access to valuable resources.

Are there exam requirements to pass this course?

Yes—this is a certification-level training, and we want to ensure you feel confident and competent by the time you graduate.

After each module, you’ll complete a short multiple-choice quiz to reinforce your learning and help prepare you for the final exam.

To graduate, you’ll complete a 2-part final exam:

Part One: Multiple-Choice Exam
This open-book test is designed to strengthen your understanding of the material and refine your ability to reference course content. You’ll have up to three attempts to pass.

Part Two: DUTCH Plus Case Study Interpretation
You’ll review and write a clinical interpretation of a DUTCH Plus test, which will be personally evaluated by the IAFHH team. You’ll be granted two attempts to pass this portion within your exam window.

Your exam window remains open for 12 months from the date of enrollment, giving you ample time to complete the material and prepare at your own pace.
